Welcome to Bare Wellness Club, McAllen's Women Only Luxury Wellness Club. Bare Wellness Club is a place women can workout, recover, and rejuvenate in a welcoming space.
Adorned with organic, sexy, and raw aesthetics and interior design, aspires to galvanize bona fide women of the community. Owner, Adrienne Kazemi, has an unwavering vision that intertwines fitness, wellness and an open-minded, judge-free attitude where she cultivates a culture of grit, brawn, and the feminine essence. Because you can’t have one without the other. An open concept space where weights and resistance are moved through the body, the only machines are those used as cardio accessories through rowing, biking, and skiing. In the back portion of the space is where you will find infrared land red light therapy saunas by Sunlighten, a Blue Cube cold plunge tub, and a recovery area to relax, reflect and reinvigorate yourself and fellow members. Offering movement-based interval classes, a barre/pilates sweat fusion class, and yoga classes, every workout is scalable to every level of fitness and age.

Club
Bare's 3,200 sq ft. is divided into two areas. Facing Main street is the functional fitness gym. It is equipped with dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, a rig for pull-ups, and a squat rack with barbells and weighted plates. There are also Concept2 Ski-ergs, bike-ergs, and row-erg machines. The gym will be open to members who want to get a workout in on their own or with their personal trainer. This is also where the strength-based interval movement class will take place.
The back portion of Bare will have a private room where the yoga, barre/pilates classes will take place. Behind this room there are two Sunlighten infrared red light therapy saunas and one BlueCube cold plunge tub sandwiched in between for those looking to do contrast therapy. The wellness space will include a locker room, bathroom with a shower, and a wellness bar to sit with your girlfriends and recover from your workout while enjoying a healthy snack!

If you wondered what the F.I.T. class consists of, it’s a combination of high-intensity interval training with functional movement patterns. We start with a warm up, move into a 20-25 minute workout with a built in rest, and finish with strength accessory work.
